Ministry Focus

Programs are the heart of our mission. Each is led by two experienced local staff members who are trained in their field and deeply committed to serving their own communities. These on-the-ground leaders are ready and eager to serve — what they need most is financial support. We rely entirely on donations to provide free services in Kenya and Rwanda. Our approach is short-term and empowering: families gain the skills and resources to meet their own needs and to serve others after graduating from our programs. Will you invest in a life in a real, tangible way?

The Graduation Program: Empowering Families for Lasting Change What we do: The Graduation Program combines discipleship, life skills, and practical business training in a hands-on, community-centered model. Over up to 18 months, families meet twice weekly for mentoring, skills development, and peer support — equipping them spiritually, socially, and economically. How it works Twice-weekly sessions: Biblical discipleship, practical life skills, and business training. Community-led enterprise: Families manage a shared group business and decide together how to allocate profits and assets at graduation. Individual support: Selected families receive income-generating assets (e.g., livestock, motorcycle, rented farmland and seeds) suited to their interests and capacity. Relationship building: Strong emphasis on mentoring by ministry staff and partnerships with local leaders. Who benefits Families committed to growth — spiritually, economically and socially — who want to build resilient livelihoods, access basic needs, and provide schooling for their children. Outcomes we aim for Stronger faith and a heart for service Improved household income and diversified livelihoods Better food security, access to clean water, and timely medical care Increased ability to support children’s education Stronger community ties and leadership capacity Join us Partner with the Graduation Program to empower families to thrive — spiritually rooted, economically stable, and connected to their communities. For less than $100 per month, you can sponsor one family to participate in one of our graduation programs.  Will you give one family the opportunity of a lifetime?
